Jennifer Song is an American professional golfer currently playing on the LPGA Tour. She was raised in South Korea where she excelled as a student athlete and played golf on the Korea National Team. Song returned to the United States to pursue her collegiate career at the University of Southern California. During her university tenure she achieved a number of notable accolades including All American and Pac-10 Golfer of the Year. After accepting a couple of sponsor exemptions to play on the LPGA in 2009, Song was invited to represent the United States at the 2010 Curtis Cup where she recorded a win with the team. She immediately turned pro following the event. Song won her first event as a professional at the 2010 Tate & Lyle Players Championship, the sole major tournament on the Futures Tour. Later in the year she won again at the Greater Richmond Golf Classic. She finished the 2010 season in second place on the Futures Tour money list which earned her full playing privileges on the LPGA Tour for 2011. In April 2018, Song finished as a runner-up at the ANA Inspiration, following a sudden-death playoff.
