Needs improvement
I just played these balls for the first time today and was not very impressed. The ball flight and control seemed fine compared to others, but the durability was very poor. Some were done after one hole with bad scratches on the cover and some even with the cover being split. For the balls that lasted more than one hole, I was only able to play a ball for 3 holes max without it being damaged. I’ve been playing the Kirkland Signature balls from Costco And they have worked much better for me and have been very durable.

Awesome ball
I just played 18 holes with just one ball. Played by myself so I was able to hit multiple pitch and chip shots.
(No Bunker Shots). Ball looks like I just took it out of the sleeve. Yes Really. Very impressed. I know some reviews that the cover does not hold up. But the ball I played was so good. It is as good if not better then most balls out there. I’m a Scratch Golfer. I work at a Golf Store.
I get most OEM balls for free. I paid for the PXG balls.
Just needed to try with the reviews I’ve seen on YouTube and read. Two thumbs up. Great ball at a good price.

Ball Review
I bought these 2 weeks ago, played TPC Scottsdale Stadium. My drives and putting were amazing, I could feel the difference from this ball then a Callaway Chrome Soft. I would highly recommend especially for the price and the quality that this brand makes!

Disappointed
I was very happy with the balls. I have to tell you something. I purchased a complete package of your clubs. I intern bought a set of your graphite irons which I am very happy with. I bought a dozen of your golf balls as well. Last Sunday l used the graphite 8 iron and one of the PXG balls and got a hole in one on the 5th hole at Pine Valley golf course. I called PXG to register it and your representative sent me a copy of recognition. Pine Valley gave me a sleeve of there balls and a recognition slip. Myself and my golfing buddies thought that your company could have at least sent me one ball. I was surprised.

Hole in one! Great Ball
I purchase my first PXG golf ball last Friday and the very next day I hit my first hole in one. I also made more putts and hit more bombs in this round then I have in a long time. I can’t wait to get out and play this weekend. I love the look and especially the feel off of the putter face.

Not bad but could be better.
I bought two boxes right when the balls first became available. I was super excited to see what PXG could produce. Unfortunately, these ball could be a lot better.
My first iron shot cut the ball pretty bad and had little tears on it. I hit the ball from the fairway and squared it perfectly (I have PXG irons). This theme continued to occur the more I played with them. Literally every ball I hit had a slight cut or tear on the ball after a few iron or wedge shots. It didn't really affect the performance from what I could tell just the appearance of the ball. I don't want to hit a brand new ball that looks like it hit the cart path or a tree when the ball has been in the fairway.
So, this ball is pretty soft. If you have a relatively hard swing, I would recommend another ball until they make a harder one.
I love PXG and know they will make this ball better. But for now it should be back to the drawing board.

Great all around ball
Played my first round using the new PXG golf ball on Sunday 02/19/23. Shot 3 under my handicap which is a 15 handicap. This golf ball is the real deal. The ball was everything that I expected it to be. It performed great from tee to green. Thank you Mr. Parson for supporting Military Veterans and first responders.

Great Ball
I tried these balls out after reading reviews and researching online. To put everything into perspective, I am an average golfer currently with a 12 handicap. It hovers around that. I play 50+ rounds a year in and around Phoenix AZ at various courses (league play that doesn't play the same course every time). I love these balls. I like the feel and performance. I have not seen any issues with scuffs/damage to the ball cover. At least not anything more than any other ball I have used in the past. I have hit cart paths, sprinkler heads, and desert landscaping. The balls have held up well. I do feel like I am getting more distance with these balls. Again, I cannot recommend them enough!

Wow...
I started playing golf in 1963 and the balata ball ruled the fairways and drivers were made out of perssimon wood. We've come a long way!
I put the PXG ball into play yesterday and the results were amazing. The distance off the tee was exceptional...I play the PXG Gen 5 0311 driver, and the two were made for each other. Every club I used had the same result...great contact, great sound, great flight. The ability to drop and stop the ball on the green was equally amazing. And finally, putting...the sound of ball and true roll, can't beat it.
I've played Titleist most of my golfing life and of late using the ProV1x...that changed yesterday.
Great job PXG, keep up the great work!

My new golf balls
I am trying PXG's new golf balls and after a few rounds I plan to replace my Titleist ProV1x balls I've been using for many years. the PXG balls have a very similar feeling and seem to go as far as any other ball. I especially like that the PXG feels just like Titleist balls when putting.

Best Ball I've Played.... Period.
I've tried every premium ball last year, I felt like there was a compromise with each one. As a PXG iron player, I knew the quality and what to expect. I went to the new PXG store here in Charlotte the day it opened and bought a dozen. Hands-down the best ball I've played. For me it's very similar to the Pro-V1 Left Dash.
I cannot wait to see how these evolve.

Gives Pro V1X and TP5X a SERIOUS run for the money
Tried a sleeve…going to be buying more. Nice click off the putter…not too soft. Spin rates off irons is impressive!! Enough where I feel I’d actually need to adjust my distances to account for it. Long off the driver…it’s hot!! Only one round used…but I’d buy it over Titleist or TM

Had high hopes for these balls
I bought a dozen pre-release and then another dozen, hoping the issues were just initial production problems - but not the case. These balls are good for 4-5 holes (depending on how fresh your grooves are). They are also extremely clicky or firm feeling. If you like a softer feel (Pro V1, TP5) then look elsewhere. Every club in my bag is PXG and I really tried to like these balls - but they aren't ready for prime time or at least my bag.

Premium ball and an ever better price!
Super excited to see these hit the market and they didn’t disappoint. Beautiful bright white cover that’s as durable and soft around the greens with total control! Don’t change a thing and I’ll be a customer forever.

Great feel
Just purchased a dozen and took them to Myrtle Beach. Using all PXG irons, I found the ball was getting cut up with wedge shots.
Like the fell off the putter.

Awesome balls
Got to use these balls the last 2 times I went out and was very impress as how they hit off the driver. When putting they do ping off the putter but that is not a problem. The second time I went out I started with a Srixon Q star ball. By the third hole I went back to the PXG balls. I got more distance and better control with the PXG's. The Srixon would slice, while the PXG's were down the middle. I would recommend trying these balls, you will be happy that you did. Even my golf partner was amaze as how far the ball would go. I'm a 26 handicap.

Enjoyed that Ball, Cover needs to be refined.
I bought a box last week, I thought the ball played and felt great. However, I felt the cover had real durability issues. I was showing cracks and scuffs after a few holes, and that was with multiple balls. I think the ball is great but the cover (at least in my batch) didn't hold up well. I did play in the mid-thirties weather wise like a crazy person, so that may have had an impact on the covers durability.

I'm a believer
I have played many golf ball. But manly I'm a Bridgestone X5 guy. And I only play one round with a golf ball. This ball has distance it checks up on the greens. I have not had a problem with it being cut up unless it hit the cart path. And I have played a few rounds with each ball and they still play good. The only thing and reason theater I did not give them a 5 star is I play yellow golf balls and they only come in white. I know I'm picky but hey. Outstanding golf ball come out with maybe two color of this ball and everything will be ok

Great Ball
Living in the Northeast, finally got a chance to play the PXG. Awesome! Even though the stats compared to the Prov are so close to hardly mention, I found that the PXG out distanced the ProV's.
Playing my home course, I found I was hitting 1 less iron on my approach shots. Ball held the greens, and felt great off of the putter.
Definitely switching to PXG.

Not that durable.....need some work
Bought a dozen to try out.....another review stated ball scratched easily and I must agree. Cover is super soft. Came off driver just fine but my irons scratched and cut them easily. Fyi... I play Gen5 and sugar daddy II wedges for reference. Until a new version comes out with harder cover, I will play these out and give to my golf group to try as well.

Quite excellent
Played my first couple of rounds with this ball and love it. Great feel and distance. Played 36 holes with one ball and durability is good. Brighter white color tends to stand out, which helps identify it with a group of balls on the course. The only thing I would change would be to make the logo a little smaller and less bold, but that probably won’t happen. As long as PXG doesn’t screw this ball up with nonproductive redesigns or material price changes, this will be my gamer. No reason to pay more to play ProV. Great ball.

Top Notch and Rivals the Prov1
I am a loyal and long time PXG customer. Recently tried the new ball and gaming the Prov1 left dash. One word… Outstanding. I set 2 ball speed records during a recent practice session with the new ball- driver (194 mph), 7i (150mph). I think the new PXG will be my new gammer for club play. Keep up the great work. Can't argue with success
This may be totally coincidental, but I have had 2 personal best rounds of golf since I started playing the PXG ball. I use ShotScope to monitor my stats and my average driving distance has gone from just over 250 yards to just over 260 yards. I am 64 years old with hcp 7.5 before those record rounds; now down to 6.8

Solid!
I bought the balls hoping that the quality was as good as my 0211's - well YES, it is! I have played 6+ rounds so far with them, and all the balls were solid enough to place back in my bag for more. Happy with the flight and distance, putting is great and good spin around the greens- really a good ball.

Impressed
High handicapper and I've got to say I was impressed w/how much this ball jumped off the face of my PXG driver! I've been trying out different balls to figure out what works best and I've got to say I like these MUCH better than anything I've played - Bridgestone, Callaway, Titleist, TaylorMade - you name it, I've probably played it recently. Titleist is the only other ball to respond off the driver like this did, but these are less expensive than the Titleist Pro V line, so I've found my new ball. Love that they're in stock in the CLT store (AWESOME store with great employees BTW). It's not the softest ball, but it's not a rock hard Top Flite either. It's exactly what PXG set out to do: a premium golf ball thats good for most players with a competitive price, in my opinion.

Crazy spin around the greens! And awesome distanc!
Played this ball for the first time on a trip to Hilton head last week and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed! so much so that I ordered five dozen and will be playing these from now on. I’m switching from Pro-V1X I have played for years to the new PXG extreme golf ball.
