Program Guide

The PXG XTREME™ Loyalty Program (“Program”) guide provides a complete explanation of earning points, redemption values, tier structures, bonus opportunities, and other program rules.

1. EARNING POINTS

Base Earn Rate:

• Earn one (1) point for every one dollar ($1) spent on qualifying merchandise purchases.
• Points are calculated based on merchandise subtotal after discounts.
• Taxes and shipping are excluded from point calculations.
• Points are awarded once an order is fulfilled or shipped.

Qualifying Orders Include:

• eCommerce orders.
• Retail POS transactions.
• Eligible Sales Portal orders (non-stocking).
• Eligible Green Grass (GG) customer orders (see Section 5).

Non-Qualifying Orders:

• Stocking inventory orders.
• Gift card purchases.
• Marketplace orders (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
• Employee or internal pricing transactions.
• Purchases shipped to freight forwarding companies, mail forwarding services, or third-party reshippers may be deemed non-qualifying at PXG’s discretion.
• Final sale, clearance, or liquidation merchandise designated as non-eligible at the time of purchase.
• PXG reserves the right to modify qualifying and non-qualifying purchase categories at its discretion.

2. POINT VALUE & REDEMPTION

 Redemption Structure:

• 500 points = $10 off
• 1,000 points = $20 off
• 2,000 points = $40 off
• 2,500 points = $50 off
• 5,000 points = $100 off

 Redemption Rules:

• Points may only be used toward merchandise purchases.
• A maximum of 5,000 points ($100 value) may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise specified in a limited-time promotion.
• Points are applied to the merchandise subtotal prior to calculation of tax and shipping.
• Unredeemed points will remain in the member’s account and may be used in future transactions, subject to expiration rules.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. POINT EXPIRATION

• Points expire 12 months after the date earned (rolling basis).
• Promotional bonus points may have shorter expiration windows.
• Expiration reminder communications may be sent prior to expiration.

4. TIER STATUS

• Tier qualification is calculated on a rolling twelve (12) month basis based on qualifying spending.
• Tier status may increase or decrease automatically depending on purchase activity.
• Tier benefits apply only while the member qualifies for that tier.
• If a member no longer meets the required spend threshold for a tier, benefits associated with that tier will cease upon downgrade.
• PXG reserves the right to modify tier qualification thresholds and benefit structures at its discretion.

5. PURCHASES MADE THROUGH GREEN GRASS (GG) ACCOUNTS

• Customers purchasing through authorized Green Grass Accounts may earn points if enrolled in the Program. Points are based on direct pricing equivalency. Stocking inventory does not qualify.
• To earn points on purchases made through authorized Green Grass Accounts, the customer must be enrolled in the Program at the time of purchase and use a matching email address.
• Posting points for purchases made through authorized Green Grass Accounts may take longer than purchases made directly through PXG.

6. RETURNS & ACCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS

• Points earned from returned purchases will be deducted.
• Points used on returned purchases may be restored.
• If a return or refund results in a negative point balance due to prior redemption, future points earned will first be applied to offset the negative balance.
• PXG reserves the right to suspend redemption privileges if an account maintains a negative balance.
• Fraud or abuse may result in termination of account and forfeiture of points.

7. PROGRAM RULES

• Points expire as described in Section 3 above.
• Only one (1) Xtreme loyalty account per individual is permitted. Duplicate, shared, or merged accounts are prohibited.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, combined, or otherwise transferred.
• Points are promotional in nature, have no cash value, are not property, and do not constitute stored value.
• Points may only be redeemed toward qualifying merchandise purchases directly through PXG and may not be applied to taxes, shipping, gift cards, or non-eligible items.
• Points may not be redeemed toward merchandise purchases through authorized Green Grass Accounts or other retailers.
• Points may not be sold, gifted, bartered, pledged, or transferred between accounts.
• Points may be redeemed in conjunction with promotional codes or tier coupons unless otherwise stated at the time of offer. PXG reserves the right to restrict stacking for specific campaigns.
• Abuse of the Program — including fraudulent referrals, manipulation of returns, tier gaming, or creation of multiple accounts — may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all points and tier status.
• Annual tier benefits apply only while qualification thresholds are met within the rolling 12-month period.
• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and any updates made from time to time.
• Participation in the Program does not create any vested rights in points, tier status, or benefits.
• PXG’s interpretation of these Program rules shall be final and binding.
• PXG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, point structures, tier thresholds, or benefits at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

8. CALIFORNIA NOTICE

For California residents:

• If any reward certificate, promotional voucher, or dollar-denominated reward issued through this Program qualifies as a “gift certificate” under California Civil Code §1749.45 et seq., such certificate will not expire and will be redeemable in accordance with applicable California law.
• Loyalty points themselves are promotional rewards and are not gift certificates. Points may expire as described above.
• Where required by California law, eligible remaining balances under qualifying reward certificates may be redeemable for cash upon request.
