    Recommendations for players who CONSISTENTLY hit their 7-iron:

    • Ladies: Less than 120 yards.
    • Senior: 120-135 yards.
    • Regular: 135-155 yards. Most common flex.
    • Stiff: 155-175 yards.
    • Extra Stiff: 175 yards or more.

    Beginning golfers who are not in the Ladies or Senior shaft flex category should select Regular Flex Shafts.

Other courses have dog leg holes that a driver is too long for and the 3 wood is too short. Since putting this club in my bag my handicap has dropped almost 2 strokes in a month"
