At PXG, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. If you are unhappy with your products, we strongly encourage you to make an appointment with a fitter or one of our Featured Retail Locations to get fit/re-fit to a better setup. If you are unable to meet in person, please get in touch with our Sales & Support team to see what adjustments we can make in order to get you back on the course.
PXG Golf Clubs have a 30-day money back guarantee, excluding shipping costs and 10% restocking fee. For promotional purchases (e.g., full bag deals), the restocking fee may vary based on the golf club returned and the retail price of that golf club at the time of purchase.
- Excludes all overstock items. Overstock sales are final and not returnable.
- Returns will not be accepted for clubs that have been modified in any way from the original purchase.
- Clubs will not be accepted that have damage to them that would not be covered under our Limited Warranty.

Apparel and Accessories
PXG apparel and accessories have a 30-day full refund or exchange policy, excluding shipping costs.
- All items must be in NEW condition with tags attached.
- All items bought in a Featured Retail Location can be brought back to a store with receipt of purchase to process a return or exchange.
- All items bought on pxg.com, through PXG fitters, or Sales & Support must be sent to our PXG warehouse in order to process a return or exchange.
All returns can be brought into one of our Featured Retail Locations to be sent back at no charge. This policy applies to purchases from our Featured Retail Locations and pxg.com with the exception of sale merchandise including outlet items, which is not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
