PXG’s online orders will ship via FedEx, unless previously arranged. Custom orders will ship upon completion. All equipment orders require a signature upon delivery, and apparel orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY

All PXG Golf Clubs have a no-questions-asked, 30-day money back guarantee (excludes shipping and 10% restocking fee). For assistance with returning equipment, please contact a Player Support Representative at our toll-free number 844.PLAY.PXG.


With a receipt, PXG will gladly accept returns of apparel and accessories for exchange or full refund (less shipping fees) by the original payment method within 30 days of the purchase date. This policy applies to purchases from our PXG Featured Retail Locations and PXG.com with the exception of sale merchandise including outlet items, which is not eligible for return, refund or exchange.


PXG Featured Locations require valid proof of purchase for return and sale merchandise is not eligible for return, refund or exchange. PXG Featured Retail Locations are unable to process refunds for web orders; clients may bring their online purchases to our PXG Featured Location to ship, at no charge, for processing.
