Nice Jacket. . . but

"I like the jacket but it is not waterproof. I was expecting something I could wear when the weather turned wet on the course. I like the dual zippers, where it can be unzipped from the bottom to allow air flow. In the picture, it looks like the waist is cinched. I will need to further investigate this, as I was not aware I could cinch the waist."
