    Preferred Shaft Flex

    Recommendations for players who CONSISTENTLY hit their 7-iron:

    • Ladies: Less than 120 yards.
    • Senior: 120-135 yards.
    • Regular: 135-155 yards. Most common flex.
    • Stiff: 155-175 yards.
    • Extra Stiff: 175 yards or more.

    Beginning golfers who are not in the Ladies or Senior shaft flex category should select Regular Flex Shafts.

    Preferred Shaft Material

    GRAPHITE shafts are vibration-dampening, lightweight options. They produce a softer feel, a higher launch, and more speed for improved distance.

    STEEL shafts are designed to maximize consistency and provide a stable feel for stronger players. Steel shafts are generally heavier than graphite and are available in a variety of weights and stiffness profiles to help optimize your launch conditions.

      Featured in the 0317 T model - A 15-gram internal tungsten weight helps to position the CG in the center of the clubface, boost the MOl and improve off-center hit performance.

      0317 Irons feature specially designed internal weighting for balance, and one large weight located near the CG on the back of the clubhead. The large center weight can be used to achieve optimal swing weight. Customers can experience Precision Weighting Technology adjustments during their in-person fitting with a PXG Fitting Specialist. Weighting is not intended to be adjusted after purchase.

    "This was the second time, I scheduled a fitting @ PXG Orlando. Richard Baker, was the person who "fitted" me. I had done my homework in advance and new the irons I wanted. . Richard was very knowledgeable and helped me in the specific configuration(s) that I needed. Since my irons arrived, I can report they are everything I had hoped for. My game has improved due to the fact my new clubs are specifically "fine tuned" to my game. I recommend the PXG gold clubs and more specifically, the PXG fitting process to all of my friends. I am very happy with my purchase and everyone in the PXG Orlando store was friendly and very welcoming. I am very grateful!"

    Best irons in nearly 50 years of golf

    "These 0317T irons are so good that I now have 2 sets (Alberta & Arizona). At age 72, with a 90 mph driver swing speed, these are not aimed at a player like me. But my -3° to -4° angle of attack means I need a narrow sole for good turf interaction. I had the lofts bent 2° strong and my distance and flight windows are equal to my Callaway AI200 irons, and the 0317T's are more forgiving."

    Distance control is incredible

    "I have now played enough rounds with my 0317T irons to be able to give a real review. These irons are extremely accurate with distance and consistency is beyond anything I have ever played. It does not matter if you if hit just off-center, these clubs are just solid. The fitting was awesome and they even stayed late due to the fact I got caught up in traffic coming into town."

    Great, I have blended the

    "Great, I have blended the 317t , the 317 blades and cavity backs quite nicely. Best irons I have ever owned, ex: 160+ yards with the cavity back 9 iron, +2 up and +2 loft, standard Lamkin grip, with the Cypher 40g lady flex shaft. The 40g and L flex are what I have on all PXG irons. Ventus Red 50g R flex on drivers, secret weapon, and woods. My hybrids have Ventus TR shafts, 50g R flex. So there you have it. When not on the course I practice in the garage in my Foresight Sim, plus strength training in my Force USA C20. I am 72"
