Hi. I’m Bob Parsons, founder of YAM Worldwide, Parsons Xtreme Golf, PXG and GoDaddy.com. I’m also proud to say I’m a U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran.

This November the 10th marks the 245th birthday of the United States Marine Corps, followed by Veterans Day on November 11th. To pay tribute to these anniversaries, we are once again partnering, as we always do, with The Semper Fi and America’s Fund to provide financial support for wounded, critically ill, and injured members of all branches of our Armed Forces and their families.

Last year, thanks to our donors, we exceeded our goal; raising more than $20 million dollars. And we want to do even better this year. To donate, please visit semperfifund.org/match. Give what you can, and The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation will match your donation dollar for dollar up to ten million dollars.

As you know, 2020 has been a year unlike any other. With the onset of the coronavirus, life changed drastically for all of us. And unfortunately, it has been particularly difficult for military families. They need our support now more than ever.

This year’s special video pays tribute to our military men and women stationed far from home and underscores the importance of the mail they receive each and every day from their family and friends. As a Marine Corps rifleman, I and all of those I served with looked forward to each and every day’s mail call. Mail from home meant absolutely everything to us.

So Happy Birthday, Mother Green. Happy Veterans Day. One and all, Semper Fi. And a special message to all of you from those of us who served in The Vietnam War — Thanks for all you did, and most of all, Welcome Home.

I miss you so very much. It’s so hard without you by my side. I love you. I want you to remember that every day I love you and am thinking of you at the exact same moment you are thinking of me. I dream of being in your arms every night.
