Charles Howell III
Charles Howell III, an Augusta, Georgia native, has had an uncanny knack for golf since he was a kid - claiming his first sub-70 tournament at the age of ten. An American professional golfer, Howell grew up only a few miles from Augusta National Golf Club and has been inspired by the game his entire life. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and was part of the 2000 NCAA Golf Championship team. In that same year, he was also awarded the Fred Haskins Award, an annual award that honors the most outstanding collegiate golfer in the United States. Howell turned pro in 2000 and competed in his first PGA TOUR event at the age of seventeen and remains active on the professional golf circuit.
