0211 XCOR2 Chrome Irons

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Played my entire life. I LOVE these sticks! I've had the 0211 XCOR2 irons for a couple months. I'm 5'9" and 7 decades old. 9 handicap. Regular Cypher shafts, all standard specs. I've played TM 790[s and Ping G425's, but the XCOR 2's are a better club for me. Visually they compare to the 790's. The lofts are a bit strong, but I've always preferred a slightly lower flight with more spin. You could order with 2 degree more loft for higher flight. In conclusion I would highly recommend these sticks to all levels. They look "traditional" too me, sound and feel great, and obviously the price is REALLY reasonable. Thanks for producing an inexpensive awesome product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great set of Irons! Just received my new set of irons this past weekend and just got to use them for the first time and I love them. I could not be any happier and with the hero program their is even more to love about this company. I was looking into buying Ping I 525 6 through 9 for about $800.00 and saved a lot from PXG Hero program. Thanks PXG for the great program and a great set of clubs! The only regret is I did not get the pitching wedge and Gap wedge in this set but I just corrected that error! Will be replacing my Ping set for your company! Also loved the customer support and my club fitter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These 0211 irons are Fantastic These 0211 XCOR2 irons are beautiful and perform great. Super feel, long distance, and very forgiving. They almost look like blades. I played my first round with them today and couldn't be more pleased. Mine have Mitsubishi MMT graphite shafts, regular flex.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long and forgiving Absolutely love my irons. Best I’ve ever hit, however they started to rust a couple weeks after having them. It’s the back side of the club rusting also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PXG 0211 xcor2 - TM p790 killer. Amazing Irons I've been looking at these since they came out along with the gen 1 xcor. I've had my xcor2s for a few weeks have played a round and been to the range a dozen times. I recently got back into golf after not playing for 10+ years. I started golfing again in my mid 30s with a top flight set. Regular shaft and length. I was having trouble with consistency. I tried my brothers taylor made p790s which are customized to his specs. We are similar height 6'3". This made me realize I needed longer stiffer shafts. PXG offering free customization drew me in even more and I pulled the trigger. I grabbed 5 - pw plus. 5 inch with the KBS tour 120 stiff flex iron shafts and midsize grips. Let me say that my consistency improved with the first range session to the point i was laughing out loud after each shot. Irons are very forgiving. Toe strikes didn't run wild and thin shots still got distance and decent height. Proper strikes took off like rockets my ball speed defenately went up with these irons even without a launch monitor it is visably noticeable. The sound and feel had me thinking these irons were forged. The KBS shaft had very little torque when making toe shots but i believe the xcor 2 echnology is what kept the balls on line. They have me wondering if p709s are worth it! Glad i went with PXG 0211 xcor2s. PXG offeres a comparable iron for half the price and fully customizable! They look great in the bag with my pxg 0341 3 wood and one and done putter. Will definitely be heading to PXG Boston to try the new drivers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Apex 21 replacements The 0211 XCOR2 irons are everything PXG claims. I’m 77 with 15 index. I also worked in a pro shop for 8 years after retiring. For seniors and most average golfers these irons are the best thing out there. They are soft, long and they look good at address. You will not be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the price, amazing forgiveness. I bought these getting back into golf and they are the best purchase I made. I was actually trying to get the dual cores when they went on sale for $79 each, but they sold out of most so I only got the 7-PW. For the 5, 6, and gap wedge, I got these Xcores. They look amazing and feel great. Ngl they absolutely improved my game. Part of it was bc my older irons were cheap old clubs with bad grips, and I hadn’t played in a while so my swing was a little wonky, but after playing these irons, I went from a brutal slice/everything just went right, to a baby draw in about 6 months of playing. For the golfer getting into the game, or getting back into it, I 100% recommend these. I will say, I tried the Gen 5 at my fitting. If you have the money for those, especially while they’re on sale rn, GET THEM. I’m no pro, but they feel like absolute butter.
