Keeping our PXG Troops Healthy

At PXG, we care deeply about the communities we serve. As we continue to deal with this escalating health crisis, we would like to share an update on the steps we are taking to protect our customers and employees.
 
As a company we remain open and in service to our customers. We have however instituted a number of zero tolerance precautionary measures to help accommodate CDC guidelines, including but not limited to the following:
  • Refrain from the use of handshakes and fist bumps.
  • Mandatory handwashing before and after all custom fitting appointments.
  • Sanitizing all fitting components after every session.
  • Instituting deep cleaning practices in all retail and fitting studios, as well as all offices.
  • Exercising preventative measures for employees, vendors and customers who exhibit feverish, flu-like or common cold symptoms.
  • Suspension of all group events at PXG locations.
CUSTOM FITTING HOURS & APPOINTMENTS:
  • PXG Retail & Fitting Studios are now available by scheduled appointments only. We regret that during this difficult time, we can no longer accept walk-ins at any of our locations. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please visit PXG.com or call 844.PLAY.PXG. Upon scheduling you will be asked for a credit card which will be charged a non-refundable fee of $50. This will cover the fitting fee associated with whatever clubs you purchase. If you are not being fit for clubs, it can be applied to the purchase of apparel or accessories. 
  • All scheduled mobile fitting appointments will take place as planned, unless the host facility has limited access or play. Fitters and the customers they interact with, will be expected to follow all company hygiene requirements, as well as those dictated by the fitting location. 
CLUB DELIVERY:
  • Going forward all golf clubs purchased must be shipped directly to the customer. If you have previously arranged to pick-up your equipment from a PXG location, please contact PXG Player Support at 844.PLAY.PXG to provide shipping details.
Our team is closely monitoring the guidelines for the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization (WHO), and other local and national health organizations. As we work through this unprecedented situation, we will keep our customers informed via PXG.com, email and social media.
