Keeping our PXG Troops Healthy

At PXG, we care deeply about the communities we serve. As we continue to deal with the COVID-19 health crisis, we would like to share an update on the steps we are taking to protect our customers and employees.

As a company, we remain open and in service to our customers over the phone, online, and in select locations.

In those locations that are open, PXG has instituted zero tolerance precautionary measures to help accommodate CDC guidelines and mitigate the spread of germs. Measures include:

  • Suspension of all group events and activities.
  • Ratio for custom fittings is maintained at 1:1. At this time, no additional guests may accompany a customer during their fitting. This includes family and friends.
  • No more than two fittings will take place at a PXG location during any given hour.
  • The PXG team will sanitize all fitting components before every session. There will be a scheduled break between appointments to ensure this can be done every time.
  • Social distancing will be practiced throughout the fitting.
  • Our staff will refrain from the use of handshakes and fist bumps.
  • Handwashing is mandatory for employees and customers before and after all custom fitting appointments.
  • At all PXG locations, employees and customers are required to take their temperate using the provided non-touch thermometer. If the temperature is under 100.4 the individual may formally check-in. Anyone who registers a temperature at or above 100.4 will be asked to exit the facility immediately.
  • Fitters will wear masks and/or face shields during a fitting. We encourage our customers to do the same.
  • Hand sanitizer is available to employees and customers in all locations and in the field.
  • Deep cleaning practices have been instituted in all retail and fitting studios, as well as all PXG offices.
  • Customers who exhibit feverish, flu-like or common cold symptoms will not be served.
  • All scheduled mobile fitting appointments will take place as planned, unless the host facility has limited access or play. Fitters and the customers they interact with, will be expected to follow all company hygiene requirements, as well as those dictated by the fitting location.


  • Curbside pick-up is available in Scottsdale only. All other golf clubs purchased must be shipped directly to the customer.


Our team is closely monitoring the guidelines for the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization (WHO), and other local and national health organizations. As we work through this unprecedented situation, we will keep our customers informed via, email and social media.
