Keeping our PXG Troops Healthy

At PXG, we care deeply about the communities we serve.

As a company, we are open and in service to our customers over-the-phone, online, and in-person. As we continue to adapt with the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to share an update on the steps we are taking to protect our customers and employees.

At all of our locations, PXG has instituted precautionary measures to help accommodate CDC, state, and local guidelines. 

MEASURES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Temperature checks are available at all PXG locations for employees and customers. If the temperature is under 100.4 the individual is welcome to enter the facility and proceed with a scheduled fitting. Any customer who exhibits a fever is respectfully asked to exit the location and reschedule their fitting appointment. 
  • Customers who exhibit feverish, flu-like or common cold symptoms are encouraged to reschedule their fitting appointment.
  • PXG employees will wear masks in all retail spaces and during all club fittings (in-store and on the range). Customers are also required to wear face masks in all PXG retail locations. Face masks may be optional for customers during a club fitting pending the location and the ability to maintain appropriate social distancing. 
  • Social distancing will be practiced throughout all retail spaces and during all fittings.
  • PXG employees will refrain from the use of handshakes and fist bumps.
  • Hand sanitizer is available to employees and customers in all locations and in the field.
  • Frequent handwashing is encouraged.
  • The PXG team will sanitize all fitting components after every use.
  • Daily cleaning protocols have been instituted in all PXG locations.
  • All scheduled mobile fitting appointments will take place as planned, unless the host facility has limited access or play. Fitters and the customers with whom they interact, will be expected to follow all PXG COVID-19 protocols, as well as those dictated by the fitting location.
CLUB DELIVERY:
  • In-store and curbside pick-up is available at all PXG retail locations.
  • Web orders will be delivered per the customer selection made during the check-out process.
