Delivery Time
Products are normally delivered within 21 days following the date of the order. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is placed.

Cancelling / Returning of Product(s)
Cancellation: An order may be cancelled within 24 hours after it is placed with no charge.
Late Cancellation: Orders may not be cancelled or returned more than 24 hours after they are placed, unless agreed upon by PXG Japan in writing. Purchaser will bear the costs of return delivery for orders approved for late cancellation and return.
If you receive a notice from PXG Japan that items in your order are on back-order or out-of-stock, those items may be cancelled from your order at no charge for late cancellation.
To cancel an order: Contact PXG Japan by phone or email with your order number and details.
If the product received differs from your ordered product in the case of defect or you have received wrong product per your order.
Contact PXG Japan by phone or email within 7 days after delivery with your order number and error.
Return the incorrect product to PXG Japan via cash on delivery.
PXG Japan will replace the incorrect product with the correct product upon receipt of the return. If the correct product is back-ordered or out-of-stock and the product will not be available for two or more weeks, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the purchase price (including consumption tax).
We do not accept returns with an unreasonable request.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited to the credit card used for purchase. Check the statement issued by your credit card company for the refunded amount.
Refund of payments takes 14-21 days to process.
