Zulu, the military phonetic for the letter “Z”, was inspired by PXG touring professional Zach Johnson, who employs an abundance of forward shaft lean through impact, driving his shots in low with added spin.
This golf wedge is ideal for playing tight turf or firm ground effectively, as it keeps the lead edge close to the ground from both a square or open-faced position.
Narrow sole design incorporates a steep initial angle with aggressive heel and toe relief.
A tight groove radius creates a more aggressive bite into the golf ball to generate more spin.
Available in Chrome and Xtreme Dark.
The CNC milling process ensures every line, curve and angle are produced to exacting specifications for consistent performance and advanced shot-making.
8620 soft carbon steel is used to fabricate PXG’s 100% Milled Wedges. The material helps to prolong the life of the grooves and enhances the appearance of the golf club over time.
High-density, tungsten alloy weights, strategically positioned around the perimeter of the club head add mass to help increase MOI and create optimal launch conditions.
